| Question: | Why don't the VIP pictures load for me? |
| Answer: | The 100% exclusive photos inside the VIP area are protected in order to keep them totally exclusive. This protection is different from how we protect the videos and the rest of the site. The most common cause of problems with pictures loading is a software firewall. Software firewalls are used to keep your computer safe from viruses, etc.; but some of them do too good of a job and make it so we can't authorize you to view the images. Firewalls known to cause problems include Norton, Symantec, Zone Alarm, among others. The quickest and easiest solution is to turn off your firewall and see if that solves the problem. Once you are able to view the photos you can turn your firewall back on and attempt to adjust its settings (if available) so that you can still use your firewall while viewing the photos. |
